Why I hate Armando Montelongo
I really have to say that sometimes I look at this guy Armando on TV and I really hate his arrogance. I hate the way he talks to people and makes them look stupid.
But I also have to admit that sometimes I really have to admire the guy for building what he has built. I mean to build a successful Real Estate business is one thing, but then to take that business and build it into a TV show then an internet business and self help books is really amazing.
From listening to him on TV he really doesn’t seem to be that smart, but he has one thing that really matters and that is heart. When you have heart you can do anything you desire.
Good for you Armando Montelongo. I hate you, but I admire you.

I just wondering if his TV REAL EState avertizements are true ….it sounds great,but how much do I have to fork out to get this knowledge.Who are these people that are supposed to be making LOTS of money from the real estate classes.What are you doing thats so easy,I can not fork any moneys to go to these classes…is it that easy?Who out there tried these classes and made BIG MONEY..and there happy and continued to use these techniques.
The TV Real Estate Course is only $97. As with any thing else your success is based on your own personal efforts.
I just read the book and thought it was excellent. Haven’t considered buying the course and definitely not interested in the coaching at this time so the book is where it will end for me but I thoroughly enjoyed the book!
This is amazing…this is about the fifth review site I have entered my comment below on and man this guy is a thief does anyone do any research..all I did was attempt to “buy” a “free” book there are people out there getting their life savings ripped off!!

I keep getting charged $29.95 a month for what??!! I stupidly gave these scammers my credit card to pay for shipping for Armando’s “free” book four months later – January 2010 the charges begin.
I have sent them numerous emails but no response so far!! My bank is helping me but the charges keep coming third one just hit today!
DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY IN THIS COMPANY! The only thing they will flip is the money out of your wallet/purse.
Although I would’ve preferred if you went into a little bit more detail, I still got the gist of what you meant. I agree with it. It might not be a popular idea, but it makes sense. Will definitely come back for more of this. Great work

I enjoyed the book. This guy is arrogant and I have read good and bad reviews. I paid for the book and got my 30 day free trial. I called and canceled his service with no problem. Every real estate course I have read has had bad reviews. I do feel now is the way to make some good $ in real estate. Any recent success stories?
LOOK. You can’t blame AM because your credit card continues to get charged; AM is responsible for writing the book, not the payment information and postage! That is another department. How was the book? Did you learn anything from it? Was it worth the FIRST shipping charge or not? It bothers me you accuse the man of being a scammer for selling his ideas to help others. Do you really think that he had a meeting with the marketing department and said, “Continue to charge people on their credit cards until they throw a fit”. PLEASE!!
I went to your event today and listening to the guys made me want it more. but I had to go to the restroom and cry because I didn’t have the money to go to the training. I’m not working I haven’t for a year and half went to school became a phlebomist and I can’t even find a job it scares me because I’m a single mom I have a 9 year old son Esteban I’ve always work. so pray that I can get the money and I can get a chance to meet you and your wife. I thank God for people like you that likes to help people not only for your self but because you care I’m the same way I wish I could do what you do helping people.
