TO armando montelongo my name is timothy thomas i attended your event today in dearborn michigan today i watched u on tv four about a year love your show first of all let me tell u a little about my self im a father of three not married we been together 28 year she been with me though the good and bad times i got sick a few years ago had two hart attacks and a stroke. i just lost my job working for the banks like freddy mac my job consisted of me doing trash outs grass cuting bord up sales clean and so on property mant.here in michigan now im next door to being homeless i get ssi its not enough to pay my bills 700 dollars amouth ant shit can u help me help my self i cant afford your 3 day class im tired of liveing the life style of the poor and unfourchnate let me attend your class ill give u every dollar from the first sale its late here 1 am i just could lay down and go to sleep until i wrote the i would love to here from u this could be the best thing i could ever do for my family to give back to my wife the life she truly diserve she gave up her carrier to take care of me when i could not take care of my self i feel so bad that i cant do more for her and my family hopeing to here from u u can contact me u and your family have a bless day or night your tru fan timothy thomas from detroit michigan

Amen brother. How can people look at AM and talk about scamming, but don’t have a problem with someone charging 4,000 dollars for an appraisal. If there is a scam out there, the price for that appraisal is at the top of list. Here is some advice for those who want to know how much your property is worth. Go to the appraisal district web site; find your home and the listed amount you are paying taxes on. Then add about 5-10% this amount to the appraisal amount total and know you have a good idea about what your property is worth. Look at the houses in your neighborhood; there are web sites (http://www.zillow.com) that will tell you what the houses in your area are selling for. Your property will not sell for much more than what these homes are averaging per square foot. Save yourself the $4,000 and the lawsuit. Do a little do diligence and find the value of your home yourself. The web can save you a mint if you will just take a little time and do some research. Good luck and God bless.
