Flip and Grow Rich Reviews-Armando Montelongo Book
Author: admin // Category: armando montelongo bookThe purpose of this blog is for real people to give real reviews about Armando Montelongo’s “Flip and Grow Rich” book or his real Estate flipping program.
I couldn’t find any reviews that seemed honest on the net so I decided to try and scrape together some of my own by bulding this little crappy website.
So if anyone has some feedback regarding his programs I would appreciate any feedback.

I purchased the Flip and Grow Rich Book for 9.95 Shipping and Handling. I was very pleased with the book, but it did not go into detail about anything. It was pretty much an introduction to by his 5 manuals on each of the steps of Real Estate investing. I was unemployed at the time and convinced a friend to purchase the books for me. Once I got the manuals I devoured them. I was done with all of them in a week. It was better detail then the book. I am still scketchy on whether to take the leap because I don’t want to flop on my face. He makes it sound so easy. My wife tells me that for every success story, there are hundreds that lost it all. Now they wanted me to take a course with his coaching staff. If I decide to flip houses I may take them up on the offer. Although I don’t know how I am going to pay for it. I have invested time and money and so far have not made a dime for it.

I ordered the Flip and Grow Rich Book for $9.95 four weeks ago. I felt the DVD and book both had helpful information, cautions, and advice for first time flippers. However, some of the info given was very vague. Armondo encourages the listener to call the 800 number on the DVD to get the “master course” several times throughout the DVD.
Four days ago I got a call from one of Armondo’s “coaches,” pushing me to invest $10,000 to become a part of their “investment team.” My son and I listened to their promotion and they asked me to get back with them that same day with my $10,000 in hand. I did my own research, discussed this with both my husband, son and my son’s business partner. For a variety of reasons I decided this situation just didn’t “feel right.” When I told the “coach” that I had decided not to invest $10,000 with their team, he became rude and basically told me he did not appreciate the fact that I had wasted his time on the phone earlier in the day. He told me I should have had my husband and my son’s business partner on the phone so they could understand what they were offering…this really upset me, because he basically implied that I wasn’t capable of understanding a “good deal” when it came my way. I made it clear to him that the ultimate decision was mine – I was the one with money to invest. I thanked him for his time and hung up the phone.
Honestly, I really believe that Armondo has some very good information for first time flippers. I just don’t feel you should have to invest $10,000 in “tuition” to get this info and coaching. Find a top quality investor or real estate agent in your area and see if they would be willing to be your mentor as you begin the flipping process…Interestingly, this is exactly what Armondo strongly suggests first time flippers to do on the last track of his DVD…he’s just hoping you’ll pick him and his coaching program for $10,000.

I ordered armondos book with the same result as the people above. The book is inspirational but that is about it.It doesn’t show you exacly what to do to make your investing career skyrocket like his did. There is a program out there that truly does work for people who have no money bad credit etc.Their books by “Dean Graziosi”who’s had the number 1 real estate best selling books in the new york times, forbes, amazon and some others for a couple years running.I also have deans books which are cheap for what your getting, and the best thing about these books is that they go into every detail and the exact steps you need to follow to start making money in real estate. He has an offer on his website for his two latest books and i think its about 35$ for both and then some additional materialswhich are free.He also has a coaching program who has contacted me but they have never pressured me to join the program at all.they also have an additional free help line if you have any questions about what you need to do to be successful.I would strongly recommend you give his books a shot because there are strategies for no money down techniques that you will realize are very possible even if your flat broke and it doesn’t involve borrowing money from anyone.I would suggest you give it a try.

R U Crazy? Dean Graziosi’s crap is the worst of the bunch. Talk about pressure after you decide not to give up the nearly $10K to get into his racket? $40 book package sold on TV is the same bull that Garret got with lots of glossy books of inspiration and zero detail…and the pressure and indignation once the NO decision was rendered… the same as what Denise went thru.

The best intro flipping book I have come across is FLIP: How to Find, Fix and Sell Houses for Profit. You can pick it up on amazon.com for about $15. They have a good outline of the construction process involved in the flipping process. That is my weakness, and thats why I liked the book. Good luck.
